Onward and Upward
It’s a pleasure to serve as the new T26 Scoutmaster. I follow great SMs who made Troop 26 masters of the outdoors, and it is humbling. Thank God, our enthusiastic young Scout leaders and able ASMs and parent volunteers pull together to make it happen.
At a time when growing boys need it most, we’re providing real life lessons in the great outdoors. We recently planned 30 trips and activities for the coming months of our calendar (visible at troop26prod.wpengine.com), including Philmont (‘22) and Jamboree (‘23). Our charity, Friends of Troop 26, helps us buy equipment and provide financial aid to Scouts for the more expensive trips.
