TROOP 26 EAGLE SCOUTS LAY WREATHS IN ARLINGTON NATIONAL CEMETERY

Troop 26 was represented at the Wreaths Across America ceremony at the Arlington National Cemetery on Saturday by two of our latest Eagle Scouts.  JJ Stone and Jack Grube were among tens of thousands of volunteers who laid 250,000 wreaths during the ceremony to show respect for those who bravely served our country.  To see the rows of white headstones transform into a garden of red and green is something you never forget.  The two high school seniors also toured around D.C. on scooters visiting many of the national monuments, the Portrait Gallery, United States Botanic Garden and Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum to name a few.  The events were topped off with dessert from Georgetown Cupcake.
