Day Hike… Jesusita from Stevens Park

All, great to see we have over a dozen scouts signed up for tomorrow’s hike.After checking in with Mr. Weakliem, we’ll stay close to town and do a Front Range conditioning hike since it looks like we’ll miss the rain.Hike: Jesusita Trail, out and back. Along the way we’ll work on:- Identifying 10 plants or animals – Navigation & trek leadershi – Any sign-offs scouts needPlease bring: Water, packed lunch, rain gear (just in case), sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, appropriate footwear, and hiking poles if you have them.If you have any questions, feel free to call or text me at 832-489-1179.We’ll meet at the trailhead at 08:00hrs The hike should take about 4 to 4.5 hours, and scouts will call when we’re about 20 minutes out on the return.Looking forward to seeing you all there
