NEWSFLASH: OUR OUTING WILL BE LIMITED TO FRIDAY OVERNIGHT (TROOP DINNER) PLUS MORNING GUIDED BIKE RIDE. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL NEED TO LEAVE BY NOON BECAUSE OF THE FORECASTED HEAT AND THE CLOSURE OF THE POOL. NO SWIM TESTS.
We will arrive Friday evening at Rancho Alegre, around 6pm, and leave midday Sunday. We will have a guided tour of the new bike trails Saturday morning, so bring your trail bike and a helmet and water bottle. We will do hatchet throwing and camp signoffs. Patrols will compete in the Dutch Oven Dessert cooking. Adults will cook Friday dinner, patrols will cook the other meals.
