Hi T26 Scouts and Scouters:
We did a great job of placing Scouting4Food bags around our neighborhood Tuesday, during a record rainfall for March 14!
Now, it’s time to pick up the donations. Please meet at the Church at 8am, in Class A Uniforms, with a wilderness-type backpack (not a daypack). (If you’ve outgrown your backpack, we have some available to borrow in the Troop Room, Tripp and Colton will suit you up Saturday morning.)
We need for the pickup operation. As a troop, we will hike with food-laden backpacks to the Food Bank (at Page Youth Center). I’m asking our adult drivers to please meet us there at 11am to give rides back to the church.
This is a cherished tradition of Troop 26, briefly interrupted by COVID but now revived. Let’s show our Troop 26 Spirit with a good turnout Saturday! Please mark your RSVPs so that we can plan accordingly.
