Chicken Rice Almandine (Serves 4)

  • 1 can (12 oz. or 12.5 oz.) chicken
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 cups Minute Rice
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 2 tsp. onion flakes
  • 3 oz. slivered almonds
  • 2 pkgs. cream of chicken soup mix (instant)
  • 2/3 cup raisins (optional)

Place water in pot and bring to a boil. Add chicken, rice and other ingredients, mix well, and bring to a boil. Cover, remove from heat, and let stand for 10 minutes.
