August Committee Corner

Parent Committee Meeting

There will be no Parent Committee meeting for the month of August. Many Scouts and Scout Masters will be away on the Sierra Trek. The next Parent meeting will be September 2nd.

The notes from the July Parent Committee meeting are available if anyone wants to review them.

Board of Reviews

Tuesday the 5th of August will be a regular Scout meeting. There will be some Scouts needing Board of Reviews. I would like to have a few Parent Committee Members on hand to see that these boys receive their Board of Reviews.They will receive recognition at the September Court of Honor if they pass their reviews.Thank you parents.

Summer Camp

Thank you to Roy Mintzer and all the parents who drove and helped out at camp. Word has it that the week was a tremendous success.

Eagle Court of Honor

This Tuesday the 29th at 7:00pm, Esteban Zepeda will be having his Eagle Court of Honor at St Marks. Lets all show up to support Esteban on his achievement.

Upcoming events

Check the Troop 26 calendar for upcoming events in August and September. There will be a TROOP 26 family BBQ Sat. Sept. 20th at Goleta Beach. Mark your calendars.
