Seven scouts and seven leaders – We were not alone as there were a lot of people hiking up the trail to
enjoy the outdoors. Because of the heat, we only hiked three miles to the flats but the highlight of the
trek was hiking up the creek by all the cool waterfalls. Next year, hopefully the weather will be a bit
cooler and we can make it up the full distance.
